Digital disorder is costing you customers.
Websites, online stores, webapps, mobile apps and Claude adoption for Portuguese SMEs.
If Google can’t find you, operations burn hours on manual tasks, or competitors already use AI and you don’t, the competition wins.
We turn that entropy into syntropy: presence and operations that work, show up, and bring customers.
Entropy → Syntropy. In €.
Five subscriptions, or one bespoke app.
Most Portuguese SMEs pay €60–€100 a month on tools that don’t talk to each other. A bespoke app rolls them into one for less.

We work with Claude. Every day, in production.
The seven Anthropic products are part of our daily flow, not a reading list. We write code with Claude Code, ship designs with Claude Design, run agents in production via Managed Agents, back decisions with Cowork. What we do for your company: train your team, install the right products in the right context, automate processes that eat hours today. Companies that start integrating Claude this year will reach 2027 with two years of real experience their competitors won't have.
- claude desktop: Mac/Windows app with local integration and extensions.
- claude code: Agentic CLI that edits entire codebases and automates dev-ops.
- claude cowork: Autonomous agent for knowledge work on desktop.
- claude design: Visual editor for prototypes, slides, and mockups in minutes.
- claude artifacts: Interactive components, dashboards, and live documents.
- managed agents: Managed infrastructure for production-grade agents.
- claude api: Programmatic access to Claude models for custom integration.
Is your team still not automating with Claude?
Why us and not...
...an agency?
Agencies manage dozens of clients at the same time. Your project enters a queue, gets assigned to whoever is available, and contact goes through account managers who never wrote a line of code. At Syntropic, the person who talks to you is the person who builds the site. No middlemen, no queues, and the final result is exactly what you saw in the test environment.
...website builders, AI, or doing it yourself?
Those platforms work for a personal blog. For a business that wants to appear in local searches, accept payments with MB Way, and have a site that stands out from competitors, you need more. The time the business owner spends fighting with the platform is time not spent serving customers. We handle the site. The owner handles the business.
...a nephew who makes websites?
The nephew might be talented. But when the site needs a change in 6 months, the nephew is at university or on another project. We deliver sites with SEO, GDPR compliance, optimized performance, and post-delivery support. Cheaper at the start can end up costing more in the long run.
...doing nothing?
Every day without a digital presence is a day where someone looking for what you offer ends up choosing someone else. If you don't show up on Google, you don't exist. And when someone searches your business name and finds an abandoned page, or worse, nothing at all, trust is lost before there's even a conversation.
...waiting for the right moment?
The right moment is now. The digital world grows exponentially and every month that passes makes it harder to recover lost ground. The sooner your business establishes a digital presence, the sooner it starts seeing results.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost?
It depends on what you need. An institutional site for an SME starts at 500 euros. An online store starts at 1,200 euros. A custom web app depends on complexity. We always provide a detailed proposal after the diagnostic, with 3 options for different budgets. Everything itemized.
How long does it take?
A simple institutional site takes 2 to 4 days after you accept the proposal (the free diagnostic takes about 48 hours to prepare). An online store typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. More complex projects can go beyond 12 weeks. We set clear deadlines from the start and give weekly updates. If there are delays, we notify you in advance and explain why.
Do I need to know about technology?
No. Our job is to make sure you don’t need to. Your role is to give us information about your business, tell us what you like and don’t like, and approve the result. We handle everything technical.
What is the free diagnostic?
We analyze your current website (if you have one), Google My Business, social media, SEO, and GDPR compliance. You receive a visual report with scores, competitor comparison, and 3 specific recommendations. You pay nothing and you owe nothing. Takes about 48 hours to prepare.
Do you offer maintenance?
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance packages that include security updates, small content changes, and technical support. But it’s not mandatory. After delivery, the project is yours and you can manage it as you wish.
Do you only work in the Oeste region?
Most of our clients are between Alcobaca, Nazare, and Leiria, and we prefer to work in person when possible. But we work remotely with clients across Portugal. The process works the same way: diagnostic, proposal, build, delivery.
How does payment work?
We split payment into 3 phases: 30% at project start, 40% at midpoint (when we present the test version), and 30% on final delivery. We accept bank transfer. For monthly maintenance, payment is by direct debit or transfer at the beginning of each month.
What happens if I don’t like the result?
Every project includes 2 revision rounds before final delivery. If you’re not satisfied, we make changes until you are. And since you get weekly updates and access to the test environment, the final result is never a surprise.
Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes. It’s one of the most frequent requests. We analyze the current site in the diagnostic, identify what works and what doesn’t, and propose a redesign that keeps what’s good and fixes the rest. We also handle content migration and redirects so you don’t lose positions on Google.
Do you build mobile apps (iOS and Android)?
Yes. We build with React Native + Expo, producing the same native app for iOS and Android from a single codebase. We handle publication on the App Store (Apple) and Google Play, including developer accounts, screenshots, descriptions, and review responses. If you already have a brand and website, the app keeps the same visual identity. A first MVP usually takes 3 to 6 weeks.
Do you help integrate Claude into my company?
Yes. Claude is Anthropic’s AI platform, and we use its 7 products in production every day. The service has three parts: we train your team to use Claude in daily work, install the right products in the context of your company, and automate repetitive processes that currently take hours. We start with a 30-minute meeting to see if it fits your situation.
Do you offer AI training?
Yes. We run Claude workshops for SMEs, IEFP trainees and secondary or university students. Details on the Trainings page.
Are you DGERT-certified?
DGERT certification is in progress. The training we deliver today is a non-certified professional workshop with the same content and instructor.
