Syntropic respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect and why.

2. What data we collect

Only data you provide: through our contact form (name, email, company (optional), website (optional), and message) or, if you book a meeting, through the scheduling form on Cal.com (name, email, and the reason for the meeting). To understand site traffic and performance we use three tools: Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous aggregated metrics (pages visited, device, country); Vercel Speed Insights, which measures how fast pages load; and Google Analytics 4, which collects detailed metrics. Both Vercel tools use no cookies and do not identify you, so they run for every visitor. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and only loads after you accept cookies in the banner.

3. What we use it for

To respond to your contact, prepare diagnostics and proposals. Nothing else. No newsletters, no unsolicited marketing.

4. Who we share it with

Nobody, for marketing purposes. Data is processed by Vercel (hosting, anonymous analytics and performance metrics), Formspree (form handling), Cal.com (meeting scheduling), and Google (Google Analytics, based in the US), all with GDPR safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Contact data: 2 years after last contact. Analytics data: aggregated and anonymous, no limit.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Just email info@syntropic.pt with the subject "Privacy". We respond within 30 days. If you feel your rights haven't been respected, you can file a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD): cnpd.pt
