Terms and Conditions
These terms govern services provided by Syntropic. By contracting our services, you accept these terms.
1. What we do
We develop websites, online stores, web applications, and provide consulting and maintenance. The scope of each project is defined in the proposal accepted by the Client.
2. How it works
Diagnostic (free) → Proposal → Development with weekly updates → Delivery. The project only starts after written acceptance of the proposal.
3. Payment
30% at start, 40% at test version, 30% on delivery. Bank transfer, 7 business days after invoice. Delays over 15 days may result in work suspension.
4. Ownership
After full payment, the project's design and code belong to the Client. Syntropic retains ownership of reusable internal components and reserves the right to mention the project in its portfolio.
5. Revisions
2 revision rounds included. Changes outside the original scope are quoted separately.
6. Warranty and maintenance
30-day warranty for bugs after delivery. Optional monthly maintenance packages (updates, small changes, support). Cancellable with 30 days notice.
7. Cancellation
Before development: 90% refund of first instalment. During development: paid instalments are non-refundable, Client receives work done. After delivery: no refund.
