The challenge

Industrial packaging company in the Leiria region of Portugal. Solid business, decades in the market. But online, it was as if they didn’t exist.

The old site was a static page from 2016. It didn’t show up on Google and didn’t list products. Anyone who wanted to get in touch had no way to do it. Clients came through phone calls or word of mouth.

What we built

We built the site from scratch in Astro. Product catalogue with technical specs, integrated contact form, full technical SEO with schema.org, meta tags and sitemap. Responsive design made for people searching on their phone between meetings. Deployed on Vercel with global CDN.

Results

The site is built and in a staging environment, awaiting delivery to the client. Performance above 95 across all four Lighthouse categories. Full product catalogue with technical specs, working contact form, and technical SEO ready for indexing as soon as it goes live on the official domain.

The challenge

Industrial company with dozens of employees. Every month, management calculated bonuses by hand in spreadsheets.

Bonus management was done in Excel and took far too long. Errors were frequent. Employees didn’t know what they’d earn until management told them.

What we built

A web app with an admin panel for setting targets and assigning bonuses. A separate employee interface for checking progress and history. Role-based authentication. Built to work on a phone, on the factory floor.

Results

The web app is built and in a staging environment, awaiting delivery to the client. Admin panel functional, employee interface complete, automatic bonus calculation with zero errors, and role-based permissions tested.

We needed a site that showed what we can do. Not a template with our logo swapped in.

Most small agencies have a generic site with vague copy and a contact form. We wanted the site to show technical quality from the first scroll. Animations that had a reason to exist, a Lighthouse score we wouldn’t be embarrassed by, and content that actually said something.

What we built

Astro site with GSAP animations, a mascot that follows the cursor, ambient sound, two themes, and full i18n. 44 rounds of documented adjustments. We calibrated everything, from the scroll indicator bounce to the text rotation timing.

Results

Lighthouse at 100 in Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO. Performance above 95 on desktop. Indexed by Google in the first week. Interactive mascot, ambient sound, full i18n, and 44 rounds of polish you can feel in every detail. This site is the proof of what we do.

The challenge

What if every company could have a digital office with AI agents working around the clock on the tasks nobody wants to do? Automate the repetitive, free people for what matters, and see it all happening.

Companies waste hours every week doing the same things: answering the same questions, copying data from one place to another, chasing the status of internal processes. Everyone talks about AI, but for most SMEs it is still a marketing buzzword. The gap between what the technology can already do and what businesses actually use day to day is absurd.

What we built

An isometric virtual office in React. Each company can have its own space with AI agents that handle repetitive tasks on their own. Drag-and-drop to create tasks, progress visible as it happens, and transitions between office areas. The agents learn the processes and execute.

Results

Multiple AI agents running in parallel, each dedicated to a type of task: triage, organisation, tracking, response. Time spent on repetitive processes drops drastically. The product is in beta, being tested internally before opening to clients.
